We use to say that this dish was only made to important people. It was called ''Mulli'' that means a mix. Another story says that it all began in Puebla Mexico, with a sister that could not pronounce how this dish was called she said ''Mole'' instead of ''Muele''. The last version of this dish tells us that it was created in Puebla in the 16th century by sister Andrea de la Asuncion in Santa Rosa's convent.
